Our expansive Chocolatier’s Set invites you to experience Dandelion’s full chocolate-making, chocolatier-collaborating, and hand-confection-crafting history, with a spotlight on our small in-house Confections team. You’ll explore our full production process — from roasted bean to tempered bar to hand-dipped confection — and sample treats both classic and new.

In this collection, you’ll experience our two-ingredient chocolate in five single-origin bars, plus our Hot Chocolate Mix Trio, which showcases our 70% single-origin chocolate in three café-style blends. You’ll also enjoy our first collaboration, Feve’s crunchy Chocolate-Covered Caramelized Almonds — as well as their Chocolate-Covered Caramelized Hazelnuts, and smooth, buttery Sea Salt Caramels.

In 2020, we launched our own confections line, and our small-but-mighty Confections team hand-craft bean-to-bar-to-confections, pairing our chocolate with pure, seasonal ingredients. This set includes four exclusive Dandelion Confections mini-assortments: Maya Mountain Raspberry Caramels; a flight of creamy Single-Origin Truffles; five Winter Seasonal Bonbons; and Chocolate-Covered Blood-Orange Pâtes de Fruit.
