We sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch, and temper small batches of beans. Then we mold and wrap each of our bars by hand. By sourcing high-quality cacao and carefully crafting small batches of chocolate, we strive to bring out the individual nuances of each bean.
Staff Picks Set
Every bar we make tastes differently, featuring specific flavor notes from an eye-opening range that includes tangy fruits, creamy dairy, mellow nuts, and classic fudge; and regardless of what role we fill here at Dandelion — from R&D to Pastry — each of us has a favorite bar. Now, we invite you to peel back five golden wrappers and join us in savoring this special collection of Dandelion-insider personal-favorite chocolate bars. We’d love to hear what you think!
Single-Origin Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
For our very first housemade chocolate-nut spread, we paired our fudgy Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate with toasted hazelnuts grown in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Made with only four ingredients – and no added cocoa powder or emulsifiers – this nostalgia-inducing treat has an irresistible balance of nuttiness and chocolatiness, with velvety spreadability.
