A bean-to-bar lover's dream, this cake features three layers of our signature devil's food cake, creamy cacao husk milk jam, and chocolate caramel mousse. Finished with mirror glacage and candied cocoa nibs, it highlights our commitment to using all parts of the cocoa bean, as well as three of our most unique origins. This 8-inch cake serves 8-10 and is best enjoyed within one week.
