Inspired by Japanese ensokus — outdoor excursions common in Japan — this limited-edition confection collection, crafted in collaboration with Los Gatos confectioner Deux Cranes, nods to typical flavors enjoyed along the trails of Mount Fuji.


Four bonbon varieties feature warming spices, ripe strawberries, fresh-roasted nuts, and crisp rice pearls. Each flavorful filling of silky-rich caramel, toasty-nutty praliné, and velvety ganache is hand-made using French technique, and highlights a unique single-origin chocolate — paired with a classically chocolatey shell of our 70% House Blend chocolate.

French-trained Head Chocolatier Michiko Marron-Kibbey founded Deux Cranes in Los Gatos, California in 2018. Inspired by Michiko's Japanese heritage and the esthetics of both Japanese and French food cultures, Deux Cranes designs and hand-crafts exquisite, small-batch artisanal confections that evoke flavors from Michiko's youth.

Through Deux Cranes, Michiko offers a contemporary take on the traditional Japanese philosophy of honoring even the smallest, life-enriching delights.
