These beans come from Bertil Akesson's Bejofo Estate in Madagascar. In our roast we taste ripe strawberry, tart yogurt notes, with a sweet, peachy finish. For the best tips and tricks to turn these beans into delicious chocolate, we recommend our book, Making Chocolate: From Bean to Bar to S'more.
