These small-batch jams are made just for us with cacao fruit we source ourselves. Eric Haeberli of welovejam makes these jams using just fruit, sugar, and cacao fruit from San Pedro Sula, Honduras (our same partners who provide the cocoa beans for our Wampu, Honduras single-origin chocolate). Cacao fruit is naturally high in pectin and makes a tangy, refreshing jam (and by the way, it doesn’t taste at all like chocolate).
We have a couple different ways for you and your toast to start spooning. We’re currently offering our jam in two flavors:
Cacao Fruit & Pineapple Jam - juicy tropical fruit, torched caramel, and wildflower honey flavors
Cacao Fruit & Passion Fruit Jam - we taste bright citrus and a smooth banana finish
Enjoy these jams on toast or spooned into yogurt or ice cream, or serve them on a cheese plate or alongside roasted meats.
