Feve Artisan Chocolatier, Sea Salt Caramels: Made with Dandelion chocolate, each smooth, buttery caramel is a perfect balance of salty and sweet. Imagine specks of vanilla bean floating in rich caramel offset by delicate, minerally, unrefined fleur de sel (handpicked off the coast of Brittany, France). This delicacy is a collaboration with Shawn Williams of Feve, one of our favorite San Francisco chocolatiers.

Hot Chocolate MixWe use our 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador single-origin chocolate as the rich base for our House Hot Chocolate mix. Each reusable corked bottle provides enough chocolate mix for four servings, though we’ve been known to sprinkle this on our oatmeal and ice cream, or put a spoonful in our coffee too.

welovejam, Cacao Fruit Jam TRIO: Eric Haeberli of welovejam makes these jams starting with just two ingredients: sugar and cacao fruit from San Pedro Sula, Honduras (the same partners who provide the cocoa beans for our Wampu, Honduras single-origin chocolate). The tropical notes of the cacao fruit make a tangy, refreshing jam (which surprisingly doesn’t taste at all like chocolate) with notes of lychee, crisp apple, and dry champagne. These jams are our favorite on a cheese plate or alongside roast meats, and, of course, on toast or spooned into yogurt or ice cream.

Chocolate Breakfast Granola: A long-time tradition in the Dandelion Chocolate family is having chocolate for breakfast. Our chocolate granola satisfies any morning sweet tooth and highlights our Camino Verde, Ecuador 70% chocolate and Costa Esmeraldas cocoa nibs. Our blend of whole-grain oats, puffed quinoa, hazelnuts, and coconut oil is lightly sweetened with maple syrup and finished with dried Michigan cherries, flaky toasted coconut, and sea salt. We love these crunchy clusters with yogurt, milk, fresh fruit, vanilla ice cream, or straight from the bag in big handfuls!

Workhorse Rye, Salted Cacao Bitters: From our friends at Workhouse Rye, a San Francisco maker of organic whiskey and bitters, we have tiny droplets in big flavors -- made with our sustainably sourced cocoa, these bitters are distilled from rye and grapes, and contain our roasted cocoa beans as well as other botanicals. The result is a highly flavored, aromatic, and rounding element that sings in mezcal cocktails, in many versions of the Old Fashioned, and mixed into cold soda water.

NeoCocoa, Black Sesame Toffee Brittle (a 2020 Good Food Award Winner!): We’re thankful that NeoCocoa’s owner, Christine Doerr, and her small team are still producing one of our favorite chocolate confections during this time. The combination of black sesame, 70% Camino Verde chocolate from Ecuador, brown-sugar butter toffee, and a pinch of sea salt makes this one of our favorites.

Le Dix Sept, Chocolate Nougat: Inspired by her years of living and training in France, Le Dix-Sept Pâtisserie owner and Bay Area native Michelle Hernandez crafts this handmade nougat with black Mission figs, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, and Dandelion chocolate. We enjoy this nougat on its own -- and especially when paired with Stilton or Manchego cheese, which elevates the nougat’s naturally fruity and nutty flavors.

Each dark-roasted, caramelized almond is layered with Dandelion chocolate -- the perfect combination of salty and sweet, chocolate and almond.
