welovejam, Cacao Fruit Jam TRIO Eric Haeberli of welovejam makes this set of jams starting with just two ingredients: sugar and cacao fruit from San Pedro Sula, Honduras (the same partners who provide the cocoa beans for our Wampu, Honduras single-origin chocolate). The tropical notes of this cacao fruit combination make a tangy, refreshing set of jam (which surprisingly doesn’t taste at all like chocolate) with notes of lychee, crisp apple, and dry champagne. 

Nuubia, Origin Collection Made with Dandelion chocolate, this collaboration features 18 artful confections from six of our partnership origins. We’ve included a tasting legend and arranged the truffles in a suggested order from chocolatey to fruity. Each truffle is filled with single-origin ganache made rich with cream and butter, and then enrobed with Dandelion Chocolate’s 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate.

Feve Artisan Chocolatier, Sea Salt Caramels Made with Dandelion chocolate in collaboration with Feve Artisan Chocolatier, each smooth, buttery caramel is a perfect balance of salty and sweet. Imagine specks of vanilla bean floating in rich caramel offset by delicate, minerally, unrefined Fleur Du Sel (handpicked off the coast of Brittany, France). 

Workhorse Rye, Salted Cacao Bitters Made with our sustainably-sourced cacao, these bitters are distilled from rye and grapes and contain our roasted cacao beans from Camino Verde as well as other botanicals. Best of all, these bitters sing in mezcal cocktails, in many versions of the Old Fashioned, and mixed into cold soda water.

Dandelion Chocolate’s Hot Chocolate Mix: We use our 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador single-origin chocolate as the rich base for our House Hot Chocolate mix. Each reusable corked bottle provides enough chocolate mix for four servings though we’ve been known to sprinkle this on our oatmeal, ice cream, or put a spoonful in our coffee too.

Dandelion Chocolate, Chocolate Breakfast Granola Our chocolate granola satisfies any morning sweet tooth and highlights our Camino Verde, Ecuador 70% chocolate and Costa Esmeraldas cacao nibs. Our blend of whole grain oats, puffed quinoa, hazelnuts, and coconut oil is lightly sweetened with maple syrup and finished with dried Michigan cherries, flaky toasted coconut, and sea salt. We love these crunchy clusters with yogurt, milk, fresh fruit, vanilla ice cream, or straight from the bag in big handfuls!

NeoCocoa’s Black Sesame Toffee Brittle (a 2020 Good Food Award Winner!) We’re thankful that NeoCocoa’s owner, Christine Doerr, and her small team are still producing one of our favorite chocolate confections during this time. The combination of black sesame, 70% Camino Verde chocolate from Ecuador, brown sugar, buttery toffee, and a pinch of sea salt make this one of our favorites. 

Le Dix Sept’s Nougat Chocolat Le Dix-Sept Pâtisserie’s owner and Bay Area native, Michelle Hernandez, crafts this handmade nougat with black mission figs, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, and Dandelion chocolate inspired from her years of living and training in France. We enjoy this nougat on its own and especially when paired with Stilton or Manchego cheese which elevates the nougat’s naturally fruity and nutty flavors. 

Feve Artisan Chocolatier, Chocolate-Covered Almonds Feve’s Chocolate-Covered Almonds have been a long-standing favorite since we opened our Valencia Street factory in 2010. Each dark-roasted, caramelized almond is layered with Dandelion chocolate --  the perfect combination of salty and sweet, chocolate and almond.

Feve Artisan Chocolatier, Chocolate-Covered Cocoa Nibs We partner with Feve to layer these Hacienda Azul, Costa Rica nibs in our Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador chocolate; together they’re crunchy with nutty and fruity flavors. Feve dedicates a portion of the profits to microloans that improve the lives of cocoa producers.
