Please note: This limited-edition collaboration is available exclusively by pre-order; orders may be placed through Monday, March 14. All pies ordered by 1 pm on Thursday, March 10 will be shipped out by Friday, March 11. For orders received after 1 pm on Thursday, pies will be shipped out within 48 business hours. (Pies may arrive after Pi Day.) For orders including items other than pre-order pies, those items will ship with the pies.
Pies may also be pre-ordered for pickup at our 16th Street factory (pickup is available March 11, 14, and 15 only).
This month, we embrace the mathematical constant pi as a perfect excuse to dive head-first into three farm-fresh scratch-made pies. Join us in honoring Pi Day (March 14) with our favorite local pie maker, Lenore Estrada — co-founder of women- and minority-owned Three Babes Bakeshop in San Francisco. Lenore and her team use only the freshest locally sourced, organic, top-quality ingredients, and now bring us the second annual Three Babes x Dandelion collaboration: three limited-edition, Dandelion-chocolate-forward pies baked especially for us in celebration of 3.14.
For this fun and slightly nerdy occasion, we’re offering three chocolatey, hand-crafted pies:
Brownies Are Our Jam Pie features a toothsome graham crust layered with soft cookie dough, slow-simmered blackberry filling, and a beautifully complementary fudge-brownie topping made with our fruity 70% Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania chocolate.
Chocolate Turtle Pie offers Three Babes’ famous butter crust brushed with 70% Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador chocolate, then loaded with chocolate bourbon pecan-pie-style filling, toasted coconut, and caramel; and topped with toasted coconut, toasted pecans, and caramel drizzle. It’s our dream candy-shop treat in a slice.
Peanut Butter Truffle Pie is akin to a chocolate peanut butter truffle! 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador salted-chocolate graham crust is filled with fluffy peanut butter chess batter and baked, then covered with silky chocolate cream, and topped with velvety chocolate ganache. (This pie is gluten-free! Please note that it is made in a facility which also processes wheat.)

Each pie is 10 inches and serves 8 to 10 slices.
- Care for your Pie
- These pies are made by hand without preservatives and should be enjoyed immediately. Upon receipt, pies may be refrigerated for about two weeks, or frozen tightly wrapped for up to two months. Specific heating and serving instructions will be included with each pie.

ABOUT THREE BABES BAKESHOP
Three Babes Bakeshop began as a tiny pop-up in 2012 when pie-and-produce-loving babes Lenore Estrada and Anna Derivi-Castellanos sold their first handmade pies from a small shipping container in San Francisco's Mission District. Gaining enthusiastic fans, they moved to a stand at the Noe Valley Farmers' Market, then to the Ferry Plaza Farmers' Market; and now Lenore and her dedicated team of babes work their magic with the best organic ingredients in a local commercial kitchen. (They plan to open a shop in the Mission soon!)
