These beans come from Kokoa Kamili in Mbingu, a social enterprise in the Kilombero District of southern Tanzania. We love how well the beans hold fruity and chocolatey notes in equal measure. Brian and Simran experiment with new fermentation and drying techniques. Casey experiments further with bean roast temperature and duration in her first Dandelion Chocolate bar. This light roast has red berry, rooibos tea, and hot fudge flavors.
