About our Gâteau

Our version of a Gâteau Basque – a delectable dark horse of the pastry world – combines the best elements of a pie, tart, cookie, and brownie in a treat enjoyed warm or at room temperature. Executive Pastry Chef Lisa Vega created this single-origin chocolate-on-chocolate Gâteau Basque highlighting the classically fudgy notes of our Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate.
