Chocolate & Coffee Gift Set

When hand-crafted, thoughtful, single-origin chocolate and coffee come together, it’s a match made in mocha heaven. Our passion for sourcing our own cocoa beans, roasting them, cracking them, and refining them into chocolate is paralleled by Ritual’s obsession with selecting the right coffee beans, roasting them with skill, and brewing them into the best cup of coffee they can make.

In this box, we’ve tied together what we love about chocolate and coffee: how the delicate brightness of coffee just melt into the creamy, mellowing richness of our house single-origin dark chocolate bars.

Our friend Shawn Williams at Feve was kind enough to cover our nutty Hacienda Azul, Costa Rica cocoa nibs with our Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate.

Our friends at Ritual provide our cafés and factories with freshly roasted brewed coffee, so this Father’s Day collaboration was a natural fit. We hope you love their coffee next to our 70% bars as much as we do.

And we were so taken with Mokhtar Alkhanshali’s journey from San Francisco to Yemen to re-invigorate the coffee trade that, after meeting him in our Valencia Street café, we knew we had to work together. We are the only ones in the world to pair these sweet, chocolatey coffee beans with our single-origin, small-batch chocolate. You may have tasted chocolate-covered coffee beans before and found them burnt and bitter. These are, by far, brighter, mellower, and more complex than anything else we’ve ever tasted.

The reusable gift box is printed with our custom pattern, and finished with a satin bow we tie by hand. All of the treats in this box are made here in San Francisco, and everything is packaged in our own factory.

This gift set includes:

  • Our three-bar 70% tasting set and tasting guide (three 2 oz. chocolate bars)
  • Ritual Kolla Bolcha, Ethiopia coffee beans (12 oz.)
  • Feve Chocolate-Covered Hacienda Azul, Costa Rica Cocoa Nibs (3.5 oz.)
