SALTED CACOA BITTERS: Made with our sustainably-sourced cacao, these bitters are distilled from rye and grapes, and contain our roasted cacao beans as well as other botanicals. The result is a highly-flavored, aromatic, and rounding element that sings in mezcal cocktails, in many versions of the Old Fashioned, and mixed into cold soda water.
MESQUITE BITTERS: Made with our sustainably-sourced cacao, these bitters are distilled from California rye and Mexican cane and flavored with Arizona mesquite-smoked malted barley. Botanicals include mesquite bark, black cardamom, smoked black peppercorns, our Ambanja, Madagascar roasted cocoa beans, Darjeeling tea, clove, turmeric roasted with sheep’s butter, mint, ginger, and whole lemons. Best of all, these bitters sing in cocktails like a Dry Manhattan or an Old Fashioned, as well as mixed into lemonade or cold soda water.
PUMPKIN BITTERS: Made with our sustainably-sourced Camino Verde, Ecuador roasted cocoa beans, these bitters contain five varieties of organic heirloom pumpkins grown in Northern California at La Tercera Farms aged with rye, Almanac Beer, artichoke leaf, and organic spices. Best of all, these bitters sing in cocktails like an Old Fashioned, as well as mixed into lemonade or cold soda water.
