Ashley, our Pastry Lead in Bloom, crafted this elegant tart after spreading our house-made Nutella and cherry jam on a piece of brioche one afternoon as a snack. She reimagined this incredible flavor match as a stunning tart by transforming the Nutella into a rich ganache, adding a hint of rosewater to the tangy cherry jam, and including a layer of sweet almond frangipane baked in crisp classic almond sable. Nutty, tangy, rich, and smooth, this tart has already become a kitchen favorite.
This nine-inch tart serves 6-8 and is best enjoyed within 3-4 days.
