Whether you’re commemorating a birthday, an anniversary — or in Todd’s case, just breakfast on Monday morning — our chocolate cake will elevate your special occasion. A bean-to-bar-lover’s dream, this cake features three layers of our signature devil’s-food cake, generously layered with chocolate caramel mousse and chocolate buttercream, and finished with chocolate mirror glaze, seasonal organic edible flowers, and cocoa nibs.
These cakes are made to order, and require 72-hour advance ordering (for pickup Monday through Friday).
This 6-inch cake serves 8 to 10, and is best enjoyed within one week. Keep refrigerated, and bring to room temperature about 20 to 30 minutes before consuming.
