A Box of Toffee
Our Executive Pastry Chef crafted this not-too-sweet traditional toffee for our first Valencia Street café, and it has been a fixture of our menu for years. This is a dark, tender toffee studded with our nutty, toasted single-origin cocoa nibs to balance out the sweetness. And, best of all, it’s layered with 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate and a scant sprinkling of sea salt to heighten the flavor.
Ingredients: sugar, butter, 70% Dandelion Chocolate (cocoa beans from Camino Verde, Ecuador, organic cane sugar), Dandelion Chocolate Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador cocoa nibs, salt
