2017 Collection Box
Our 2017 Collection features the 70% chocolate bars we’ve made throughout the year. From our longtime mainstays, like the tart Ambanja, Madagascar bar, to new additions to our lineup, like the chocolatey Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador bar, this collection represents an exciting year of building relationships with cacao producers around the world.
Some of these bars are the last of their kind that we’ll likely make, including our chocolatey, mildly spicy bar from Mantuano, Venezuela, and our earthy Liberian bar from Liberation Cocoa. We hope you savour them as much as we do.

All of our single-origin bars are made with just cocoa beans and sugar; no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla. Our chocolate is free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten, and it is made in a factory that does not process nuts.
