House Hot Chocolate Mix - Large

Our classic Hot Chocolate has been a favorite of guests and our team since we first opened our doors on Valencia Street in 2010. This mix is behind the delicious American-style hot chocolate in our cafés – and you can enjoy the same at home by whisking in milk, cream, or your favorite dairy alternative.

With the holidays and crisp weather upon us, we're offering packable, resealable pantry versions of our Hot Chocolate Mix, with plenty of servings for experimentation – from traditional hot chocolate with marshmallows or whipped cream, to morning coffee blends and chocolate protein shakes. Our Hot Chocolate mix is crafted from our fudgy 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate, and makes for creamy drinks that are rich and profoundly chocolatey. Use less milk for a super-rich, European-style drinking chocolate, or stir in coffee or espresso to make a mocha. We always recommend adding marshmallows.

Makes approximately 12 servings.

Dandelion Chocolate Gift House Hot Chocolate Mix - Large
House Hot Chocolate Mix - Large

“Dandelion Chocolate has stood out in the new crop of bean-to-bar chocolate makers in America. And while the chocolate bars are exceptional, equally exciting is the way chocolate is used in their café, deliciously crafted into cakes, brownies, and cookies, as well as blended into one of the best cups of hot chocolate I’ve ever had.”

A Reusable Bottle
Designed by Remy Labesque

A few years ago, Remy Labesque, a very talented industrial designer, attended our Introduction to Chocolate class, and asked if there might be opportunities to collaborate. Over many months, he developed the concept for these corked glass bottles, and oversaw their production in Japan. We use these in our kitchen — for spices, impromptu vases, and tea light votives — and hope that you’ll find many uses for these functional, beautiful bottles too.
