Nuubia Origin Collection Box
Way back in 2013, Todd and Cam visited chocolatier Lionel Clement of confectioner Nuubia at his Pleasanton kitchen to share tips and tricks on chocolate making. At the time, we dreamed of collaborating on a single-origin collection of truffles, but we’d never been able to produce enough chocolate to make it a reality. We've finally increased our production, and we are so excited to have the opportunity to work with people that we admire to make a box of chocolate truffles that we’re proud of.
Made with Dandelion Chocolate, this collaboration features 18 artful confections from six of our partnership origins. We’ve included a tasting legend and arranged the truffles in a suggested tasting order from chocolatey to fruity. Each truffle is filled with single-origin ganache made rich with cream and butter, and then enrobed with Dandelion Chocolate’s 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate. The 70% chocolates highlighted in this collection include:
- Gola Rainforest, Sierra Leone
- Hacienda Azul, Costa Rica
- Zorzal Comunitario, Dominican Republic
- Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania
- Maya Mountain, Belize
- Ambanja, Madagascar
Nuubia’s award-winning products are made with proprietary processes and techniques and contain only earth-friendly premium ingredients. They are the world’s first confectioner to be completely palm-oil free.
